Equitas Small Finance Bank has allotted 2,36,997 equity shares of
Rs.10/- each, to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Scheme.
The paid-up share capital of the Bank accordingly increases from Rs.11,39,08,44,530/- to Rs. 11,39,32,14,500/-.
